Chronicle is designed to stay out of the way. If something does not behave as expected, include the app version and your macOS version when contacting support.

Email [email protected]. Support requests should include a short description, steps to reproduce the issue, and the type of clipboard content involved.

Quick checks

Press Option–V to open Chronicle.
Copy text, an image, a link, or another supported item in a different app, then reopen Chronicle.
Select an item and press Space to open its full preview.
Use the gear button to confirm “Ignore Passwords” is configured as intended.
Choose About Chronicle from the menu-bar menu to find the exact version and build.

Privacy

Chronicle 1.0 stores clipboard history locally and does not collect data. Read the complete Chronicle Privacy Policy.
